Festiva Orlando Resort Celebration A Ramada By Wyndham Kissimmee, Kissimmee

The resort has a fantastic location for theme-park visitors and is one of the few places that allow pets, which is a big plus. However, it feels quite dated, with some rooms needing serious upgrades and furniture being in poor condition. I was disappointed with the long wait for service, which underscored the need for improvement in that area.

This resort has a lot of potential, with a great location and friendly staff, but unfortunately, we faced numerous issues that made our stay frustrating. The main problems included lack of hot water for three days, troublesome check-in, and broken amenities. While the rooms were spacious and clean, we felt the management needs to address these ongoing concerns for future guests.

I had a pretty disappointing experience at this resort. From the start, the cleanliness was not up to par, and even though the staff was polite and tried to assist, it didn’t make up for the state of the rooms. The location was decent, but overall, I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here, especially with so many better options available.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being very close to Disney, and the staff really stood out for their friendliness and helpfulness. However, the rooms need significant upgrades, as they smell musty and there were issues with pests. The dining options were lacking, and the facilities require a makeover to meet modern standards.
